Rebecca Bloomwood, a journalist with dreams of working for a top fashion magazine, and a serious shopping addict. She has 12 credit cards, and all of them are maxed out. By chance, she lands a job working at a financial magazine, where the editor is inexplicably impressed by her work. This movie hangs mostly on Fisher's charm, and she
is cute, but not enough to make up for a hit-or-miss script.
