Remember the Titans (2000) starring

Panettiere. Moving, fact-based drama about the forced integration of a high school football team in 1971 in Alexandria, Va. Washington plays Herman Boone, the African-American who is given the nod to be head coach of the team. It's a well acted, well directed film with many actors who would rise to greater fame.

This was a great movie. 1st because it was a true story and the acting was wonderful. To see what the real athletes and coaches did with the rest of their lives was outstanding and showed what great integrity and good guys they were/are. For those of us that lived during those time; we can relate, but the movie is worth watching by all generations. Grade: A
