Las Vegas fixture whose luck is so bad that he can cool off lucky streaks of gamblers in the casinos. His own luck starts to turn when he falls in love with a cocktail waitress named Natalie (
Bello) -- and unfortunately, when Bernie's happy, he loses his ability to perform his job. Baldwin is convincing as the crooked -- and violent -- casino chief.
